When can I expect my website/page to be done?
   Depending on the package and extra's that you have order.
     1. Package 1 can be done in 3 days!
     2. Package 2 can be done in 9 days!
     3. Package 3 & 4 will take 3 weeks to be completed.
     4. Package 5 may take up to 2 months to finish.

What if I decided not to have you do my website/page after paying you, Do I get a refund?
   After money has been exchanged, I can only offer you 60% refund of what you paid. If you have donated money for Package 1 then NO Money will be refunded to you. Only Packages 2,3,4, and 5 are refunded at 60%. The 40% is for the perparation time I made in starting your website/page.

Can I add extra's to Package 1?
   Yes, but only after you have made a donation of $10 or more for the package. Package 1 is pre-design and adding extra's will reset the design.

Can I add extra's to my site while the Nerd House is designing it?
   Yes, you can! I only ask that you inform me before you make the purchase of the extra script you want to add. It may not fit anywhere on the page with the selceted package. By purchasing a extra's script before you informing me, you may not get a refund for that purchase.

If I buy a package from you and after it's finsihed I find errors on it, Will the Nerd House refund my money?
   No!, The Nerd House does not give refunds for errors. When and if errors are found, I will compared it to the backup files I have saved. If the errors are on my backup files then I will be happy to fix it free of charge. If the error is not, then I am not required to fix the error.
